Hello all you furless friends. My name is Melisa. I'm a small/medium shimmery black rabbit. The volunteers at the San Jose Shelter describe me as a bunny who likes to be pet by my human friends. I have a nice disposition. Calm and collected. Truthfully, though I'm getting worried being here in the backrooms of the shelter. My time may be running out. I'm ready to go. I'm spayed already, but there are no spaces available in the adoptable rabbit section so I'm still in the shelter backroom. None of the people interested in a beautiful rabbit with a beautiful personality, ever get to see me. So I'm depending on the SAB volunteers to spread the word and show me off.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting me, please let the SAB staff know. I'm eager to find a new life outside of the shelter.
I've been adopted by my foster mom. Thank you, Marcy for save me !
