I've been adopted!
-------------------------------------
John Wayne is one of the 29 rabbits surrendered at San Francisco Animal Care and Control by one person in late February 2008. He is a BIG, muscular and GORGEOUS, neutered boy. He is is a bit shy at first, but generally very mellow and easy to handle. Our guess is that he was the Alpha male of the group. While most of the other rabbits from the group looked bedraggled and had wounds, John Wayne was in remarkably good physical shape.

John Wayne is a special rabbit with exquisite looks and a quiet, stoic personality. Please adopt him and allow him to know the good life of an indoor companion rabbit.

We are still working on the rescue of his friends still at the shelter. Adoptions and foster homes for the rabbits on-site will help us make room to save others.
